Your choice comes first
Analytics and advertising tools on this site are switched off until you accept them. When you first visit, a banner asks. Until you choose, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Microsoft Clarity run in a restricted mode that sets no cookies and does not identify your device. Nothing about the site breaks if you decline.
You can change your choice at any time with the button at the bottom of this page.
What we use, and why
Strictly necessary
These make the site work and cannot be switched off.
- Language preference. Stored in your browser's
localStorage, not a cookie. It remembers whether you read the site in English, Farsi, Arabic or Turkish. It stays on your device and is never sent to us. - Consent record. Also
localStorage. Remembers whether you accepted or declined, so the banner does not ask again on every page.
Analytics, only with your consent
- Google Analytics 4 (property G-KGRVRJHSGD), loaded through Google Tag Manager (GTM-T7G94J6D). Tells us how many people visit, which pages they read and where they arrived from, in aggregate. Google's privacy information. You can also install Google's opt-out browser add-on.
- Microsoft Clarity (project yacpf116p5). Records anonymised interaction with pages, such as scrolling and clicks, so we can see where the site confuses people. Microsoft's privacy statement.
Advertising, only with your consent
- Google Ads (conversion account AW-18397993839). Lets us see which ads led a wholesale buyer to enquire, and lets Google show our ads to similar businesses. With consent declined, no advertising identifiers are stored.
Google Consent Mode
We use Google Consent Mode v2. In plain terms: the Google tags load on every page but start with storage denied. If you accept, the tags are told to switch storage on. If you decline, they stay denied for the rest of your visit and on later visits.
Controlling cookies in your browser
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, independently of the choice you make here. Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge all provide these controls under privacy or site settings. Blocking everything may affect other websites more than it affects this one.
